The Mason-Dixon Trail System’s quarterly meeting will follow lunch (approx. 1 pm). Everyone is invited. Consider attending to find out more about this trail and the organization that maintains it.
Agenda
Prior to 0900 hrs: Continental breakfast, sign-in and identify work groups
0900-1200 hrs: Perform trail maintenance tasks
1200 hrs: Lunch provided
1200 hrs: Raffle items such as t-shirts, water bottles and koozies

Break volunteers down into work groups. Each workgroup will perform the following tasks,
• String trim the trail
• Clear all down debris
• Pick up trash
• Cutback overgrowth and prune trail where needed
Tools & gloves will be provided. If you have your own tools (e.g., Pruners & Loppers) that you might prefer, bring them along.
